Volunteer for Storm Surge!

The success of Storm Surge can be attributed to its dedicated staff of volunteers. Some are business people; others are writers, scientists, educators, including retirees and concerned citizens who come from all walks of life.

We hold the common belief that something needs to be done about our changing climate and that there has to be a better way to manage climate related impacts rather than simply reacting to problems in disaster mode.

So if you have an interest in climate change and would like to help your community adapt to its effects, including sea level rise, we could use your help.

The amount of time and how you’d like to help is up to you.

Some people serve regularly on committees while others step in to help out with specific projects.

So, if you’re interested in becoming active in this field, reach out to us and let us know what you might like to do. We’d welcome whatever skill and time that you could contribute!
